**Client is one of the largest Data Center Providers Globally (Onsite: Required)**

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar field required (Mechanical preferred) OR equivalent education and experience usually obtained with 7-8 years directly related education and experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least five years’ experience as a senior manager in a highly uptime-sensitive data-intensive organization or critical operations. Pertinent experience in Military, Intelligence, or Government operations is highly desirable.
• Experience managing and motivating teams of 8-10 or more employees.

• Strong technical background in critical data center facilities, IT Operations, and data center construction, alongside excellent leadership, people and organization skills More information
• Strong background in mechanical, electrical systems design review, layout, and installation, operations, including the ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical designs.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, NFPA 72, NFPA 25, and compliance issues
• Expert knowledge in industrial safety best practices (i.e. lockout/tag out, arc flash protection, OSHA, and state regulations)
• Familiarity with data trending/tracking and analysis and ability to rapidly learn and use metrics and integrated critical monitoring systems.
• Excellent communications, organization, and influence skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
