Recruitment Manager
Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for managing end to end recruiting within the company.
- Job duties include understanding hiring needs, assigning job requirements, prioritizing, reviewing resumes, approving final submission, coordinating interviews, finalizing hires and getting resources onboarded.
- Manage the recruiting team and monitor their performance so they meet the targets set.
- Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
- Builds a quality relationship with the account managers, recruiting team, customers, line managers and external recruitment agencies
- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
- Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
- Conducts job interviews for the job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
- Attend networking and recruiting events as needed.
- Customer interaction and Client interfacing, as required.
Qualifications:
- 8 plus years of end to end recruiting management experience, preferably in the IT industry
- Excellent experience managing the team.
- Understanding of IT and Engineering job requirements.
- Good to have experience working for MSP accounts
- Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate and build relationships at all levels and to link business objectives with Recruiting Strategy.
- Strong conflict resolution skills and strong business strategic thinking.
- Customer service experience with demonstrated ability to effectively assess customer's needs, faster response and problem solving required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of co-employment practices and recruitment legalities
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office, and applicant tracking
- History of successful performance
- Excellent interviewing, managerial, leadership and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to consistently contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
- Experience working with global teams preferred.
- Applicant tracking and EEO compliance regulations understanding.
- Bachelors' degree or higher

Salary: $86,641.71 - $100,000.00 per year
