Administrate College’s systems at an advanced level.- Support intermediate needs related to integration for network and IP telephony systems.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of network and telephony systems.
- Write and document advanced technical processes.
- Execute on requests related to all College’s enterprise network and telephony systems.
- Implement network and telephony systems for the College.
- Create new integrations for the college’s network and telephony systems.
- Design network and telephony systems based on input from stakeholders.
- Responsible for producing high quality work.
- Respond according to standards in and outside of normal business hours.
- Participate in On-Call rotation.
- Document and manage ticket queue in Service Desk, including reassigning tickets to self and assisting other team members with assigned workload.
- Follow all documentation, policies and procedures .
- Create, update, and distribute documents for any systems worked on.
- Identify process and procedure improvements in the Network Engineering group
- Assist in identifying any strategic risk based on tactical priorities and work.

What We Need From You::
- Four or more years of directly related experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent Visio skills and IDEFO mapping charts
- Excellent Troubleshooting Skills
- Ability to identify and manage tactical priorities
- Excellent Project Management Skills
- Ability to function well in a rapidly changing and often chaotic environment
- ITIL Foundations Certified
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Serves, Services and Active Directory
Cisco CLI, Device Expert, Service Desk, OpManager, OpUtils, IPS Manager, ASDM, DCNM, VMware, ACS and other network and VoIP tools and applications, Active Directory, Visio to work on:- Access Layer Switches
- Home Routers
- Wireless LAN Controllers
- Core Switches
- DMZ Switches
- Internet Switches
