Job Summary
Unify the Total Rewards functions through strategic planning, integrated delivery, alignment with the enterprise and cultivating a high-performing organization. This includes building and maintaining the Total Rewards strategic plan and roadmap as well as managing the operations of the Total Rewards agenda, planning & governance, initiative assessment and delivery, and communications. It also includes ensuring alignment and coordination between PLD, PCLM and our support functions (Finance, People, and Technology). This role works closely with internal Customers and key partners to help lead Total Rewards programs that support our strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a Total Rewards multi-year strategic plan that contains the goals, targets, strategies, initiatives and the roadmap of all activities
Develop and maintain a holistic Total Rewards scorecard and dashboard
Drive the development and delivery of the annual Total Rewards Strategy Refresh
Build and maintain working relationships with key outside vendors (Willis Towers Watson, ID90, Deloitte, PWC, Empower, Workday, Gartner, etc).
Develop and manage the Total Rewards annual calendar and agenda, including prioritization of themes, integration and consistency across Total Rewards functions, Labor, PLD, and PCLM
Partner with FP&A, Corp. Planning, Technology, Officers, PLD and PCLM to deliver MYP and AOP
Work with Total Rewards Leadership to develop executive governance calendar, set agenda and prepare materials (i.e., Tuesday Governance, Executive retreats, BOD meetings, Total Rewards Retreats, etc.)
Prepare for Board meetings, Compensation Committee, 401K/Profit Sharing Committee, Healthcare Board of Trustees Meetings and other presentations.
Lead and mobilize Total Rewards Teams to assess opportunities, make recommendations, and deliver results in alignment with our Total Rewards Plan
Provide program management support to ensure that initiatives are defined, executed and measured
Lead Communication Advisors to deliver highly effective communication around total rewards programs to increase the education, awareness and engagement of our benefits, perks, and compensation plans
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
Knowledge in defining complex project plans including scope, budgets, and schedule
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing Customer and personal service including Customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of Customer satisfaction
Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and be able to translate needs into solutions; assists in evaluating options and alternatives to ensure business needs are met, while driving the adoption of best practices
Ability to build partnerships to collaborate and uses influence without authority to gather Customer and business requirements and communicate effectively with all project Teams and support groups
Ability to proactively communicate with Stakeholders, Sponsors and Project Teams to ensure project delivery Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
Demonstrated experience in directly or indirectly leading team(s)
Fully functioning, broad knowledge in:
Strategy, planning, business case development, and project management
Managing projects in a transformative environment, ability to organize information and communicate effectively
Licensing/Certification

Physical Abilities
Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
