This position may be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Philadelphia, PA.
Job Responsibilities of the Sr IT Network Administrator.
- Performs setup of desktops, laptops, PDAs, and printers.
- Completes small business router and switch configuration.
- Repairs software and/or hardware issues experienced by end users.
- Organizes and physically relocates workstations.
- Trains new users on technology and peripherals.
- Designs, implements, and maintains help desk ticket process and procedures.
- Completes monthly maintenance on servers; updates virus/spyware software.
- Provides software support on email, google apps, APIs, and other 3rd Party software integrated systems.
- Maintains current knowledge of Microsoft office products.
- Ensures the security of company’s proprietary information.
- May utilize the support of a third-party vendor for service-related issues.
- Establishes and implements proper processes for company asset management.
- Any additional duty as assigned by manger

Education/Experience of the Sr IT Network Administrator.
Associates degree in Information Technology or Networking with three to five years’ experience, or related is qualifying. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have advance communication skills, a valid driver’s license and advanced proficiency in web technology and MS Office.
