Sr. Manager will manage budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting for key manufacturer and customer relationships as well as Cost Inflation reporting. Sr. Manager will partner with various finance and business groups across the organization. This position will be responsible for supporting leadership, anticipating business needs, and driving good decision making through sound financial management and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reporting, annual budgeting and eight quarter rolling forecast functions for buy side margins from manufacturers of Brand and Specialty products as well as Cost Inflation
• Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources to create regular and ad hoc reporting
• Define and apply best practices for data and report management
• Develop relationships and provide strategic support to internal business partners including negotiation and decision support
• Advanced analytics on industry events such as industry consolidation, price inflation, regulatory policies/environment, and M&A due diligence

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
5+ years finance or accounting experience

Critical Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis experience
• Effective business partnerships with the ability to influence decision makers
• Ability to lead and balance multiple projects in various stages of completion
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Additional Knowledge & Skills

• Experience with project management
• Significant data mining, analysis, and reporting experience
• Contract interpretation and analysis a plus
• SAP, BPC, BW COPA
• Negotiation or negotiation support experience

Education
MBA preferred in finance or related field or equivalent experience

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$113,800 - $189,600
