As a Senior Early Career Talent Acquisition Partner, you will fill the candidate pipeline for the Trane Graduate Training Program with strong diverse talent slates by partnering with the business to develop and execute sourcing strategy in alignment with Trane Technologies early career sourcing framework and early career program goals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategy and pipeline building actions for early career roles.
- Serve a key relationship manager for the business area, liaising needed information from other early career team specialists as needed (ex. event specialist, interview scheduling, and program management).
- Make data driven recommendations to the business on where to attract and cultivate diverse talent pipelines and how to recruit most efficiently.
- Manage recruitment budgets and resources for return on investment.
- Use the CRM, Handshake, and explore other technologies to turn leads into applicants.
- Recommend needed recruitment events and support the team in identifying a diverse and inclusive team of ambassadors to represent Trane Technologies.
- Partner with a peer to drive our attraction strategy in the supported area (job descriptions/pipeline building/ candidate resources needed).
- Identify key collegiate diversity chapters, clubs and associations to partner with and grow maturity of those relationship by enabling business leaders.
- Be a team player supporting candidate review where needed in peak volume seasons.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- A minimum of 5 years in recruiting or related field; Combination of campus and client aligned recruiting partnership is preferred
- 5 plus years’ recruiting experience, Early Career experience strongly preferred
- Experience presenting creative approaches to sourcing and maintaining a strong early talent pipeline.
- Experience in strategy building, using influence, change management, and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated desire for continuous improvement.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for peak season dependent on US environmental factors.
