Summary:
The Senior Director of Office Performance will work with our Chairperson, Regional Coordinators and our 60 Office Managing Principals (OMPs) to improve the profitability and operational performance of each office. This includes identifying and tracking key performance indicators, setting improvement plans in conjunction with the OMPs, and tracking the progress of the plans. The Senior Director of Office Performance will also help identify and share best practices across the offices.
Responsibilities:
· In coordination with the CFO and executive team, identify target levels for key performance indicators for each office.
· Work with the OMPs to develop a plan to improve the profitability of their office and track the progress of the plan over time.
· Coach new OMPs on how to achieve target financial and operational KPIs, including identifying specific activities to help the OMP succeed.
· Work with Finance to create and update financial reports to show the profitability and operational health of the offices.
· Analyze financial and productivity metrics to identify areas of improvement for each office, and work with the OMPs to target specific areas of improvement for their office.
· Work with the OMPs, the Office Administrators and Finance to develop an annual budget for the offices, as well as identifying and tracking opportunities to achieve improvements and mitigate risks.
· Work with the OMPs and executive team to ensure strategic initiatives are being carried out by the offices.
Qualifications:
· This position calls for an experienced financial and operational manager who is comfortable working with others to achieve specific targeted objectives.
· A proven track record of working in senior management at a law firm.
· A strategic thinker who is able to identify process improvement opportunities, as well as share best practices across the offices and throughout the firm.
· Extensive understanding of law firm financial and operational trends and reporting capabilities.
· Ability to guide other leaders.
· MBA in finance, management or operations preferred.
· High energy personality who is comfortable working closely with a variety of leaders.
· Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Work harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team.
· A self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job.
· Exercise confidentiality and discretion.
· Ability to explain complex financial concepts easily and understandably.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
