We are looking for talented finance and accounting professional to focus on:

• Client Billing/AR
• Collections
• Cash Applications/Reconciliations

What You'll Do:

In addition to these functions there may be opportunities to get involved within other areas of finance operations.

• Assist in invoice preparation and invoice delivery
• Assist in collections process of outstanding receivables
• Updating of AR aging reports

And You Have:

• QuickBooks experienced preferred, not required
• Journal entry knowledge preferred, not required
• Excel Vlookup preferred, not required
• Excel Knowledge required
• Cloud-based/SaaS application experience preferred
• High school degree or GED
• Microsoft excel skills preferred (VLookup, Macro)
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail
• Good written communication skills
