What does the position require:

This position offers a chance to enhance sales, communication, and negotiation skills, and earn significant income. BDRs are trained in our systems to qualify candidates and have significant bonus potential based on the quality of those candidates. We offer one of the most aggressive commission structures in the industry, allocating 50% of the commission to business development which creates significant opportunity for employees and interns alike.

Compensation

Paid Training: $2000 - $5000

Performance Based Comp: $4,000 - $10,000 a month
