Sports Card Grader for E-commerce job definition

We are looking for a sport card grader for our office in Los Angeles. We are an Ecommerce company specializing in collectibles sports items working with Ebay and others direct/third party. We need to add a superstar to our team that will be working within our Grading team. This is a position that requires maximum attention to details, flexibility, organizational skills, multitasking, and the ability to shift priorities according to our business needs. Description:

-Grading Baseball cards according to our quality standards and our reputation of excellence.

-Work with our receiving, shipping, quality, and tech departments to ensure the proper display of our products and to control quality and inventory.

-Provides 100% quality control to all products and ensure they are live without issues.

-Ability to prioritize tasks and have excellent time management skills

-Is Friendly, bright, and outgoing personality with a "can do" attitude

-This job may entail other duties such as limited reporting or administrative tasks.

-Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists.

-Available to work Monday-Friday but subject to change upon business requirements.

Requirements:

-Minimum 1 Years’ experience in a similar position within a similar environment

-Experience with eBay is preferable but not necessary.

-Able to manage work and complete tasks with great attention to detail and with excellent timing.

-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and critical thinking skills are a must

-Fast and accurate grading skills and capable to execute with 100% accuracy.

-A very good knowledge of baseball and other sports.

-Consistently acts in line with a clear and visible set of values and beliefs. Should be reliable, trustworthy, and ethical

-Highly flexible and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
