Speech Pathologist/Audiologist (ST)
Job description
A Speech Pathologist/Audiologist provides professional services within the scope of Speech Pathologist/Audiologist practice standards in collaboration with primary care physicians, teaches and educates patients and their families, and evaluates and assesses patient’s therapy needs.
Qualifications:
- A Masters or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology and is licensed as a speech- language pathologist by the state. Or
- Successful completion of 350 clock hours of supervised clinical practicum (or in the process of completing) AND has at least nine (9) months of supervised full-time speech-language pathology experience AND has successfully completed a national examination approved by the US Secretary
- Must have a criminal background check
- Must have current CPR certification
