We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and accuracy-focused person, who is ready to use their talent to make a difference in the lives of patients around the world.

The Specialist will work with product development engineers to process QMS changes for documents and parts. This individual will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage all contracts and invoices within the assigned business unit or function.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for documentation management in Ignite; route ECRs and become a SME in the system

Process contracts and partner with engineers for contracts to be generated in an accurate and timely fashion

Generate contracts and contract amendments, including extensions, changes, and terms and conditions, based on information provided by team members

Interface with internal and external customers to complete information needed and/or obtain clarification on information needed to finalize contracts

Review all contracts to ensure compliance with established guidelines, including securing appropriate approvals

Resolve issues to bring invoices to closure by collaborating with other departments and vendors

Process documents and drawings in Ignite using simplified workflow and advanced ECR processes

Education and Experience:
H.S. Diploma or equivalent AND 2 years of previous related experience -OR- Bachelor's Degree

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while being accuracy focused

Strong problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills

Good time management, written and verbal communication skills, and project management skills

Strong computer skills including MS Suite, Adobe, and an ability to operate general office machinery/equipment

Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

Ability to complete tasks in resourceful and effective ways

Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels

Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams, with supervisory guidance provided as needed in the execution of routine tasks

Provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner

Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
