NOVA Engineering & Environmental has an opening for a locally based Special (Threshold) Inspector Authorized Representative for our Tampa, FL offices. This will be a great opportunity to stop traveling and work in the local area.

Job Responsibilities:

The Special (Threshold) Inspector Authorized Representative will perform structural steel reviews, including bolted and welded connections, CMU, cast-in-place concrete, reinforcing steel, post tension cable, precast/prestress members, wood structures and cold-formed metals.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience per F.A.C. 61G15-35.004
• 3+ years experience with structural building inspections

Preferred Qualifications

• Structural Threshold Inspection experience
• Experience with concrete, including ICC, PTI and ACI certifications a huge plus
