We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Special Security Representative to provide 552 ACW Special Security support for the E-3G Mission and Flight Simulator Training Facility (Consolidated Simulator Building), located at Tinker AFB.
Essential Duties:
- The Contractor will perform the full range of security duties and assignments in support of the 552 ACW CSB security program. The contractor will have a working knowledge of Director of National Intelligence, Defense Intelligence Agency and DoD directives and provide advice and guidance to personnel, physical and information security standards. Contractor shall:
- Ensures the Electronic Security Access Control System is managed in accordance with 552 ACW/SSO guidance and SCI standard operating procedures (SOP) for the CSB.
- Ensure classified information is properly accounted for, controlled, transported, packaged, and safeguarded. Ensure classified information is destroyed by authorized means.
- Ensure required visitor logbooks, SCI forms and personnel entry authorized entry list (EAL) is current and updated.
- Ensure SCI and SAP Information is disseminated only to persons authorized access to the material and having an established need-to-know.
- Assist in investigating SCI security infractions, reporting all information to the 552 ACW SSO and assisting with documentation.
- Serve as the certifying and receiving CSB SCI visitor control, ensuring appropriate clearances/accesses.
- Monitors the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) DISS to ensure all personnel have appropriate clearances/access.
- Assists in providing overall physical security and will ensure CSB continues to comply with the physical security standards outlined in ICD 705 all other applicable directives and established policies.
- Assists in the conduct of the annual self-inspection of the Physical Security Program.
- Assists the FSO in implementation and maintenance of the 552 ACW's Anti-Terrorism (AT) program tailored to the local mission, conditions, terrorist threat and national security environment. Participate in the installation(s) AT program and implement local RAM's per the published ATO Plan.
- Perform aspects of Information Security. Reports all reported security incidents. Approve and track hand-carrying of classified between 552 ACW SCIFs.
- Coordinate with 72 SFS/S5 and provide rosters of individuals responsible for the overall security of the facility. Oversee SCIF IDS operation and testing and conduct penetration exercises every 6 months and alarm tests quarterly with the 72 SFS/S5.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have minimum of two (2) years full-time experience working with SCI in all security disciplines, but specifically in physical security and basic information assurance.
- Must have attended and completed a formal SSO certification training and a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) physical security course within the last five (5) years.
- Must possess knowledge of a full range of security principles, concepts, practices, products and services; methods for evaluating risk and vulnerability; implementing mitigating improvement; and disseminating security procedures/processes.
- Must have a working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 704, ICD 705 and Technical Specifications and DoDM 5105.21, V1 thru V3 and other applicable Director of National Intelligence (DNI), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and USAF directives and regulations.
