The Madison Club is looking for a motivated Spa and Ladies Locker Room Attendant to assist the Spa/Locker Room guests and oversee the daily operation of the Locker Room, Lounge area, and Restroom facilities.

The Madison Club is open during the winter & spring season, and this role will be for a full time, seasonal need from November 2022 - June 2023. Preferred candidates will have a flexible schedule, be able to work weekends & holidays, and understand that time off requests will not be honored during March or April (key event/ festival months).

Key Responsibilities

• Have good knowledge of Spa services and communicate appropriately to Members/guests.
• Tour spa guests through all outdoor and indoor areas of spa and locker room facilities.
• Restock all restroom amenities, lockers, sandals, water, elixirs, and linens when necessary.
• Lifting and removal of soiled and wet towels/robes and placing in respective linen bins in the linen room. Wiping counter tops in all areas, discarding of trash, organization and restocking of reading materials in all areas of the locker room. Must keep all indoor and outdoor areas of spa/locker room clean.
• Provide five star service to members and guests. Call all members/guests by their names, smile, and communicate in all areas of the locker room/spa. Offer towels and chilled water to guests throughout the day.
• Operate locker room desk, answer phones, and provide detailed information correctly.
• Receive & prepare smoothie/juice orders from the clubhouse and golf course.
• Assist when needed in other areas of the spa TEAMWORK is required. You will be assigned to daily duties in a specific area of the spa and that area will be your responsibility, however if you see a task that needs to be completed in another area it is your responsibility to assist in the other areas as well.
• Must be knowledgeable on Club and spa services in order to inform members/guests.
• Assist with monthly linen inventory process.
• Upkeep of linen room so that it is clean and organized.

Skills and Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills. Must be able to communicate well with members, guests, team members and vendors.
• Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work on weekends and holidays.
