The Language Support Services Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Somali Linguist to work in our Washington, DC FBI Headquarters Office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Language Support Services mission. In this mission we provide triage, summary, verbatim to English interpretation services of audio, documentation, telephone or in-person interpretation. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday in the FBI workspace in the DC Metro area.
- Top Secret security clearance.
- Fluency in Somali language.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to pass language examination(s) for fluency and accuracy.
- Bachelor's Degree with 8 to 12 years of prior relevant experience OR Master’s Degree with 6 to 10 years of prior relevant experience.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $94,250.00 - $145,000.00 - $195,750.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
