Solar Installer - Crew Member

Requirements:

• Be coachable and have a desire to work on a team. The Top Tier Standard for installing jobs is clean, efficient, and fun.

• Show up on-time and look presentable

• Reliable Transportation
• Effective communication skills

Primary Responsibilities

• You will be trained on all of the necessary skills for a either an electrician role, or an installer role

• Install Solar PV Systems for Top Tier Solar Solutions Customers
• Clean up after yourself!

Compensation:

Compensation will be based on experience level and crew members will be paid on a price per panel basis

• Average $35-$50/hr

• $75,000 - $115,000

Experience:

• Solar: 2 years (Preferred)
• Solar Technicians: 1 year (Preferred)
