Carlyle Senior Care of Fountain Inn is currently seeking a Social Services Assistant for our 60-bed skilled nursing and long term rehabilitation center. The Social Services Assistant is responsible for assisting the Admissions/Social Services Coordinator in providing services to meet the social and/or emotional needs that affect the residents’ ability to achieve their highest level of function; participating in the development of residents’ comprehensive care plans; and providing social services to residents in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
