About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our busy Communications team which manages branding, corporate communications and media relations on behalf of the whole Coram Group of children’s charities.

This varied role will take the lead on managing and developing our social media presence and provide support in other areas including the development of new video content to help us better tell our story.

This candidate will need to be an enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with strong social media experience who is able to devise and implement social media campaigns in support of our objectives.

You’ll have the opportunity to get involved in a wide variety of exciting projects across our different services including adoption, legal services, education and initiatives engaging care-experienced young people. This includes our major programme, Voices Through Time, funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, which will see the digitisation of our Foundling Hospital archive and care-experienced young people today sharing their stories.

The successful candidate can also expect to work closely with our fundraising team as we step up activities designed to raise our income, notably through growing our supporter base as well as engaging with existing supporters.
