We are a small company of 10 employees gearing up to experience explosive growth - we just doubled our shop size and if you join the team now you'll be well positioned to grow with us.

We are looking for someone to help package the coffee and fill shipping boxes for part of the day (or evening -- we can work with your schedule!) The person will also design new packaging, tshirts, hats, mugs, help us keep our social media pages up to date, reply to some customer emails and phone calls, edit flyers and pdf files.

The person will sometimes lead and/or work on a variety of business projects that help the company grow.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Package roasted coffee and unroasted coffee and tea according to daily production orders.

Customer service and marketing via social media, email and phone. Maintain relationships with staff, suppliers and customers.

Create social media posts, email newsletters, videos.

Design packaging, tshirts, mugs, tumblers, and other swag.

Taste brewed coffees for quality control.

Clean and organize the production and inventory areas and order supplies for the shop.

Any additional skills you can bring into the team may be utilized!

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Warm conditions in summer. Medium noise levels and fast paced environment. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds properly. Prolonged standing at work stations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

A passion for coffee. Strong math skills. Art and/or Graphic Design skills. Social Media aptitude. Flexible and willing to try new things in an often changing environment. Must be able to pay attention to detail so orders are filled correctly and meet daily shipping deadlines. Must be a team member willing to work with others. Reliable transportation. Positive attitude. Dedicated work ethic.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Employees are based in a semi-warehouse / light manufacturing environment.
