Aegis Home Protection is excited to be looking for a Social Media Coordinator. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that support the organization's overall marketing goals. You will oversee managing the company's social media accounts and building an online presence that engages with customers and helps promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals.

● Manage the company's social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

● Create and publish engaging content that reflects the company's brand and values.

● Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond to inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

● Analyze social media data to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure social media efforts align with overall business objectives.

● Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices to ensure the company remains relevant and competitive in the online space.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

● 2 - 4 years of experience in social media management or a related role

● Proven track record of building social media audiences and engagement

● Ability to be proactive and take charge of building a department

● Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

● Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer

● Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.

● Passion for staying up to date with social media trends.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
