About this role:

Reporting to the Underwriting Team we seek to hire a Government Guaranteed / Small Business Lending Underwriting professional for our New York City Office that will perform detailed, Government/Small Business Loan Underwriting.

Responsibilities:

Focusing on the Government Guaranteed / Small Business Administration Loan Lending Process.

Must have direct hands-on experience working the SBA government agency underwriting loan process and with its regulatory and compliance requirements.

Researches and maintains knowledge related to of SBA government rules, policies and procedures associate with Underwriting Small Business Loans.

Requirements/Key Attributes:

Required Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline.

5 – 7 years’ experience working with SBA loan underwriting process in a digital environment.

Able to perform work with a high degree of latitude.

Possesses expert knowledge of subject matter and handle the most complex issues.
