Utilize your logistics and material management expertise in a distribution environment. You will be accountable for supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, receipts and retunes, shipment of products, and third-party logistics collaboration. You will evaluate customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met. You will provide data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day tracking of logistic activities of deliveries and orders
• Processing of return materials into the distribution center
• Issue RMA’s and return to vendors for materials
• Collaborate with purchasing buyers and planners on material disposition
• Reporting and resolution of stranded inventory or material
• Monitor inbound deliveries
• Investigate missed shipments
• Implement logistical projects within a distribution center
• Develop logistic solutions in partnership with 3PL providers

YOU MUST HAVE

• High school diploma
• SAP expertise in material management and inventory movement
• Purchase Order creation
• Buyer/planner experience for material management

• Some experience in Logistics or relevant functions in Integration Supply Chain
• Prior material management or buyer/planner experience in material disposition
• Supplier collaboration
• Think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion
• Good collaboration and influence with management and cross function teams
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
