*Corinthian Parking L.A. Inc. (CIPS LA), is seeking a full time Site Supervisor, Valet and Hospitality Services, to join our luxury high-rise team! (Benefits included for full time team members).

Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday 7 am-3:30 pm

The Supervisor’s responsibilities for this position include:

Sets the example as a true “Property Ambassador” by maintaining effective coverage, cleanliness, and functionality of the community lobby area.

Primary job duties in order of importance include:

• Provide high level ambassador services at the font door including:
• Opening the front door for all residents and visitors
• Welcoming all residents and visitors with a smile and warm greeting
• Bidding all departing residents and visitors with a smile and fond farewell
• Assisting arriving and departing residents and visitors with any and all luggage, groceries, wheelchairs, walkers etc.
• Providing excellent valet services to all guests at anytime the dedicated Ocean Towers valet staff is busy assisting and or parking other guests.
• Assist front desk with packages, special requests, memorandum postings and other tasks as necessary throughout the day
• Provide breaks to all departments and ensure strong presence in each department at all times.
• Complies at all times with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations.
• Develops and maintains rapport with key community shareholder contacts and residents to ensure a visible presence in the lobby.
• Senses resident/guest needs and quickly responds to deliver excellent customer service and provide maximum satisfaction.
• · Reports suspicious persons or actions to CIPS Location Manager and Building Management.
• · Maintains appropriate standards of dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and conduct at all times.
• Communicates positively with colleagues and superior to ensure effective teamwork and high morale.
• Handles any resident/guest complaints or problems promptly and ensures that all incidents are reported to manager to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Assist in other areas as needed ie. Valet – Managing the traffic flow on the valet driveway, and/or parking and retrieving of resident and guest vehicles.
• Provides coverage for CIPS front desk and valet personnel lunch breaks and rest breaks.

• Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of face-to-face customer service in the hospitality industry or property management, preferably in an upscale hotel, retail, or fine dining.
• Valid Driver's license.
• 2 years valet experience.
• Minimum of 5 years exp in customer service
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
