To support sales and marketing by providing transportation around the property and to shuttle tours to and from the resort to sales presentations. Interact with the community and meet new people.
POSITION DETAILS:
- Pre-trip inspection. Inspect bus for cleanliness, adequate fuel, oil and water, operation of doors, lights, etc.
- Sales prep for daily tours. Including opening and inspecting model rooms. Reporting any issues with the model rooms to the local management.
- Restock sales collateral and providing the necessary supplies to the sales department.
- Provide transportation to operations employees.
- Perform preliminary checks on the radio equipment to ensure they are in working order.
- Restocking field admin with necessary collateral for daily operations from storage facilities
