We are looking to expand our team for this upcoming winter season, with people who would like to be a part of guest experience department as a shuttle driver. We are looking for people who are energetic, motivated, and want to work in a fun team environment.

Detailed Job Description

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting owners and guests safely to and from ski area, restaurants, and town, maintaining a clean and operable shuttle, and providing excellent guest services.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to our guests and owners to provide memorable vacations.
• Transport guests in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner using safe driving practices. Comprehend and abide by all traffic regulations while transporting guests/owners to and from their designated locations
• Help guests with luggage for arrivals and departures.
• Listen, understand and respond immediately to customer and associate inquiries and requests for assistance. Greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome. Assist guests in and out of the shuttles. Direct guest to restaurants and activities that may interest them.
• Maintain cleanliness of the hotel vehicles by cleaning and washing it when appropriate.
• Take vehicles for periodic servicing and fueling as required.
• Complete a pre-driving checklist for vehicles on a daily basis insuring that the following are in proper working order: lights, brakes and electric doors on vans and trucks, oil and tire pressure, transmission fluid, radiator fluid and gas at proper levels.
• Complete property door checks, deliver newspapers, post ski reports, close pools, and fire pit.
• Shovel sidewalks and plow driveway when it snows or as needed.
• Assist maintenance and housekeeping teams when requested or when driving duties are slow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree preferred
• Work Experience: Experience in guest services preferred. Experience in shuttle driving preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid drivers license required.
• Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Excellent driving record as verified by Motor Vehicle Report. Must pass insurance clearance.
• Working Environment: Primarily will be sitting and driving shuttle with some work outside and in office environment. Weekend and holidays will be required.
• Essential Physical Requirements: Perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing stairs and walking distances throughout the property. Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages, boxes and luggage up to 70 lbs.'
