Shingle & Gibb Automation has an immediate opening for a full-time Warehouse Associate position at our Headquarters located in Moorestown, NJ.

With a safety-sense attitude, our Warehouse Associate will perform warehouse essential functions at established productivity levels to increase profitability and exceed customer satisfaction. Our Customers rely on our automation products and technology to ensure the efficiencies of their businesses are being met at the highest standards, therefore, the successful candidate will find themselves in a fast-paced warehouse environment ready to provide “Heroic” service daily. If you consider yourself to be a hard worker who is ready to take on the challenges of a warehouse life, you will fit in effortlessly with our family-friendly, “blue jean casual” atmosphere. The perfect candidate should be ready to receive and ship priority packages in a timely manner while exhibiting organizational skills and a great attention to detail. Does this sound like you?

What are YOUR requirements?

• The high volume of packages being received and shipped will keep you on your toes, therefore, you will be able to stand and/ or walk 8 hours of the day in a warehouse setting.
• You will not be afraid to get your hands dirty – Hard work is what it’s all about!
• You will be able to multi-task while focusing on the importance of priorities.
• You will be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
• You will need to share a passion for the customer. After all, they will be receiving the packages you ship, therefore, proper packaging skills will need to be displayed.
• You will need to have previous experience using Shipping Software and feel very comfortable in doing so.
• You are available to work a Monday – Friday schedule from 8:15am – 5:00pm.

Qualifications and Skills we are looking for in YOU:

• Previous knowledge and warehouse experience a must (1-2 years minimum).
• Must be computer literate, Microsoft Office & ERP system receiving and shipping (experience using Epicor P21 is a plus!).
• Organization, priority setting, time management and customer service oriented.
• Attention to detail - accurate counting, sorting and packing.
• Friendly and enthusiastic – TEAM players only.
• A good communicator who is honest and accountable.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
