Essential Job Functions

• Scheduling
• Visitor and Customer management
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Inventory management
• Assigning loads and paperwork
• The ability to multitask a variety of job functions
• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and reports
• The ability to give direction to forklift operators and yard drivers and follow up to ensure direction is followed.

CLERICAL FUNCTIONS

• Shipping and receiving functions
• Maintaining accurate shift and daily production /inventory reports.
• Load, consumable, and inventory reconciliation.
• Answering phones.
• Checking in and signing out drivers.
• Assigning loads
• Controlling the sign in of all visitors and customers.
• Stay current on all company email to insure communication.
• Manage trailer pool with customers dedicated carrier.
• Manage the shipping and receiving side of inventory
• Enter all inbound and outbound bill data into the production worksheet
• Run shift reports to ensure data entry accuracy
• Maintain the outbound preload sheet
• Inventory reconciliation
• Manage and document hostler moves
• Control all plant logistic movement
• Assigning doors and directing trailer movement in and out
• Manage drop trailer pool
• Ensure loads are being loaded/ unloaded in most productive locations
• Assist in load planning for the time not on premises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
