We are currently looking for a
Production Shift Supervisor for our
Green Bay, WI facility.
Our Production Shift Supervisors do follow a shift rotation along with their Crew. You must be willing to follow a 2-2-3 Rotating 12 Hour Shift (Swings from days to nights every 2 weeks).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Safety Expectations:
- Supports Sofidel America’s Good Manufacturing Practice and HACCP to promote a safe, sanitary and hygienically sound workplace.
- Maintains a safe, clean and tour ready manufacturing area.
- Implements action plan for all injuries and safety-related concerns that occur on his/her shift in conjunction with the Safety Manager.
- Completes all incident/injury reports and communicate to the appropriate personnel.
- Manages facility evacuation for fire, severe weather, power outage situations, etc.
Quality Expectations:
- Assists Operators with quality checks and questions and sign off on quality reports as required.
- Authorizes product or machine hold when quality is questionable, implements corrective action plan and communicates to necessary management personnel.
- Confers and communicates with Quality team regarding immediate quality concerns and implements follow-through as needed.
- Partners with the Kelly Services Lead and supports the Kelly plant personnel as needed.
Other Expectations:
- Mentors, coaches and addresses conflict of all plant personnel to ensure performance to full potential.
- Coordinates and communicates work instruction to plant personnel at shift change and throughout the shift.
- Participates in performance reviews and disciplinary actions as required.
- Monitors and ensures machine coverage during shift to align people according to production needs.
- Determines material needs and requirements.
- Analyzes data from the PC Touch to ensure production specifications are met.
- Continuously verifies machine run speeds throughout the shift and monitors changeover notifications and notifies Maintenance as needed.
- Trains, guides, mentors Creates daily production and downtime reports for management
