We're currently searching for an experienced and professional Shift Manager to join our team. The right candidate will have experience in a busy restaurant environment and should possess strong decision making skills, a commitment to customer service and the ability to create a positive atmosphere. The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing a shift and ensuring that food is served quickly and accurately, that customers are satisfied with the dining experience and that all co-workers are working hard to make sure they have the resources they need to be successful.
Responsibilities:
- Shift workers to ensure that they are working at the right time of day.
- Manage the team to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
- Assign new employees to shifts.
- Assign additional staff as needed.
- Monitor work performance to ensure that employees are completing their tasks on time and are working productively.
- Manage sick leave and turnover to reduce costs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
