Job Title : Shift Lead, Logistics

Location : Casa Grande AZ (Onsite )

Duration : 6 + Months will go beyond 12 +Months

Shift Timings : A&B&C

Responsibilities: Manage each of these activities within your area of responsibility (either directly or through service provider):

o Warehouse Operations o Inventory Management of Multiple Kitting Operations o Shuttling Operations In Plant Material Handling Inbound Material Operations Outbound Shipping Operations Container and Returns Operations Safety 6S Culture o Develop and Lead a team of 20-30 associates

o Participate in the development of the Annual Business Plan for logistics functions

o Manage performance to the ABP under the direct responsibility of the Manage Logistics Operations

o Act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency for daily business requirements o Develop, implement and execute standard operating procedures o Lead teams to meet and exceed metrics for efficiency and accuracy

o Proactively identify root cause analysis and lead process improvement initiatives

o Communicate in real time to a diverse group of team members and stakeholders RequirementsEducation Requirements: Bachelors’ degree or the equivalent combination of education and / or experience CSCP or CLTD certification highly desired Be part of something amazing:

Salary: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
