Jeremiah’s Italian Ice has been scooping up tasty frozen treats since 1996. Our Italian Ice is a decadent yet refreshing treat with maximum flavor. Our Ice flavors span the taste spectrum, from the everyday to the exquisite and the eccentric. Our Gelati is the perfect layering of an Italian Ice with our Rich and Creamy Soft Ice Cream. The Gelati is the showcase of our menu and is a true indulgence!

iServ is the largest franchisee Jeremiah’s Italian Ice and Sonny’s BBQ, and operators of Symmetry Coffee.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct daily pre-shift huddles to review the Launch Pad
• Ensure standards and policies are followed
• Coach and counsel Team Members
• Follow and enforce sanitation standards and procedures; maintain the patio, walkways and parking lot
• Ensure side work is complete
• Count drawers at open/close
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, catering orders, Rewards Program and other areas; ensure Team Members are knowledgeable in all areas as well
• Maximize profitability through upselling, portion control, monitoring accuracy of charges, cash handling procedures and community marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-year general supervisory experience in the full-service, casual or quick-service restaurant or retail
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to lead and direct
• Ability to resolve conflicts and exercise good judgement in decision making

Desired Qualifications:

• Be self-starter and self-motivated

Job Expectations:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Ability to occasionally, regularly, frequently move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 50 pounds
• Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment
