CyberData Technologies is seeking to identify highly motivated and qualified individuals for an opportunity as an Information Engineer to assist a new team that is providing development and operations and maintenance (O&M) services for our client’s Microsoft O365 collaboration tools, trainings, and SharePoint Online SharePoint sites.

The client’s SharePoint sites are used by all employees and contractors with over 16,000 users to include seven business units that each manage their own site and customers. Our client currently has 2 environments (testing and production) which include approximately 1000 SharePoint sites, 481 Teams groups, 481 Integrated SharePoint teams, 19 SharePoint training videos, and 43 Team videos.

CyberData is responsible for providing professional support services necessary to operate and maintain various environments, collaboration tools to include to the following and related items: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft 365 collaboration capabilities for users across the Agency.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor in computer science, information systems or related fields from an accredited university
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience SharePoint Administration and Site Search Management and Customization to include:
  
  • Researching and recommending SharePoint Online plugins and modules to streamline delivery of functionality
  • Demonstrated experience in administering and customizing for collaboration tools and SharePoint
  • Compliance with requirements for Federal websites such as Section 508
  • Experience in Azure and AWS cloud environments

Job Responsibilities:

Apply an enterprise-wide set of disciplines for the planning, analysis, design and construction of information systems on an enterprise-wide basis or across a major sector of the enterprise. Develop analytical and computational techniques and methodology for problem solutions. Perform enterprise wide strategic systems planning, business information planning, business and analysis. Perform process and data modeling in support of the planning and analysis efforts using both manual and automated tools; such as Integrated Computer-Aided Software Engineering tools. Apply reverse engineering and re-engineering disciplines to develop migration strategic and planning documents. Provide technical guidance in software engineering techniques and automated support tools. Provide daily supervision and direction to staff.

The Primary role of this position will be to support the on premise SharePoint search servers and customize SharePoint search.
