This is a Full-Time position in our Company Headquarters:
6400 S. 27th Street Oak Creek, WI 53154
Salary Range $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience.
- Responsible for all elements of SharePoint sites including templates, master pages, style libraries, search functionality and web part libraries.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with department stakeholders to design and configure SharePoint sites.
- Manage the support and maintenance, including system administration, business, and requirements analysis, troubleshooting, and technical support of SharePoint.
- Create and update documentation for SharePoint sites developed.
- Create and maintain process documentation (E.g., process flows/models and templates).
- Provide recommendations on the general use and function of SharePoint in line with knowledge management best practices.
- Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Microsoft SharePoint and supporting ecosystem of tools.
- Work with IT security to define and establish appropriate role-based access to SharePoint resources, including a review of current access and the implementation of appropriate revisions and governance.
- Keep stakeholders apprised of Microsoft updates to SharePoint software.
- Recommend additional functionality as it becomes available to grow our collaboration capabilities.
- Actively monitors industry trends and directions for SharePoint and recommends additional enhancements when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or other four-year degree is preferred.
- Record of exceptional customer support.
- Excellent problem solving/analysis skills.
- 1-3 years of experience working in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint preferred.
- Strong understanding of MS SharePoint and Office 365 Architecture.
- Experience developing features, custom web parts, workflows with SharePoint.
- Previous working experience in the Financial or related industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high-paced environment.
