OPEN INTERVIEWS:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays: 8:00 AM - 2 PM
Wednesdays: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Location: 340 E. 11th Ave. Jasper, IN 47546

• $18-28 per hour based on experience and incentive
• Paid weekly
• Immediate Paid Time Off, up to 15 days per calendar year, prorated to start date

HIRING BONUS:

• $500 at 3 Months, Additional $500 at 6 months

• $1000 at 3 Months, Additional $1000 at 6 months *Experienced Upholsterers & Sewing Operators*

We are currently seeking: (Preferred qualifications/Not required)
Upholster:

• Read an asset tag to determine if raw materials meet product specifications or have the ability to learn
• Assemble components and apply pre-cut fabric covers to exposed frames using appropriate gauges, screws, glues, staples, hardware and tools
• Ability to become proficient in use of air tools
• Ability to execute assembly process accurately to asset tag and CTQ specifications
• Ability to lift and maneuver 25+ lbs throughout the upholstery process

Sewer:

Ability to follow general sewing guidelines and meet on-time expectations and deadlines

• Ability to top-stitch is very desirable or ability to learn top stitch process
• Ability to meet volume increase demands with good quality
• Ability to work within a team environment to meet productivity goals
• Ability to adapt to a managed change culture environment
• Good relationship builder
• Ability to motivate and work effectively in a team setting
• Ability to read and follow directions
• Quick to learn set up & preventative maintenance of sewing machine equipment
• Able to comprehend and follow sewing processes
• Ability to identify nonconformance
• Able and willing to participate in and support a team environment
• Enjoy working within a Behavior Based Safety program environment
• Proven history or ability to demonstrate safe / responsible behavior, and a positive performance record (including attendance)
