Position Summary
The Servicing Support Representative is responsible for posting and researching payments and applying them to the correct accounts along with GAP payments.

• Posts payment to customers' accounts.
• Update accounts with insurance fees and credits.
• Requests payments and apply the payment to the correct account.
• Reverse payments on accounts that are disputed.
• Process Cancellations is vendor's system to customer.
• Applies insurance fees and credits to customer accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2-4 years of customer service experience
• Computer literacy to include Data Entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

• 1-2 years of automotive and/or insurance experience

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
