We are currently seeking a full-time Services and Support Liaison based in our Sheldon, IA office.
The Services and Support Liaison will:
- Provide recovery-focused services to individuals suffering from mental health issues
- Recommend and implement evidence-based practices to improve clients’ daily functioning and prepare clients for and support clients during the therapeutic process
- Ensure clients have access to high-quality, trauma-informed, culturally-responsive services
- Provide services in client’s homes, community locations, or in one of Seasons’ multiple locations
- Administer and score enrollment screenings and assessments under the supervision of a licensed Psychologist
- Facilitate activities to recruit, engage, and retain clients and families in services
- A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field is required
- Two years of experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, individuals with SED, SMI, and COD, persons impacted by trauma, and individuals from diverse cultures and/or backgrounds is preferred
- Bi-lingual candidates are preferred
- Travel is a requirement of this position, so a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
