Our global partner in the aerospace and defense industry is looking to bring in a resource to help expand their capabilities within the ServiceNow catalog. This resource will be responsible for the development of the catalog, along with analyzing requirements and communicating between the business and technical teams. This person will have a great opportunity to play a key role in a high-visibility project and take ownership of the catalog development process. This role is fully remote. - 5+ years’ experience in a similar ServiceNow Business Analyst role
- 5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer & Service Catalog Development
- Experience leading requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment
- Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
• ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator and/or Developer
- Work closely with ServiceNow platform team, service management process and operations team, and various digital groups as needed to understand business needs and help translate them into efficient, automated, scalable solutions in ServiceNow
- Lead efforts around current-state and future state business process mapping, requirements gathering, user story development
- Support development, upkeep, and socialization of Agile process documentation, artifacts, templates, release notes, etc.
- Developing solution based on business requirements in the ServiceNow platform modules, workflow, and integration possibilities.
- Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules, technical solutions, such as client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, scheduled job, import sets and transform maps, ACLs, and notifications
