As a Service Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience in the front office. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality is preferred.

As the Office Clerk you will oversee service repair orders and the flow of the vehicles we service. You will ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service as you take ownership of their experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the shop to leave a positive impression with the customer.

You will monitor the progress of each customer’s vehicle throughout the day and stay in contact with them, demonstrating transparency and open communication. This is how we maintain Customer Service Experience Index at or above company standards.

Pay: $26,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
