Description:
- Assisting Service Customers
- Setting the proper customer expectations
- Documenting issues/Concerns
- Initial Work Order creation with clear explanations of customer’s concerns
- Proper checking of Incoming Units drop off
- Developing a customer base
- Re-delivery of unit to customer with full explanation of work done pick up
- Timely follow up with customers
- Coordination of work with the shop
- Coordination with parts department to ensure that we have necessary parts on hand
- Dealing with Insurance companies on claims
- Resolving customer complaints for a Win/Win outcome
- Maintain regular attendance and timeliness.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Professional phone skills
- Sales ability a plus
- Mechanical knowledge (basics)
- Boating Experience
- Must be detail orientated
- Highly organized
- Previous experience with insurance companies preferred
- Computer Skills/Typing
- Excel
- Word
- Previous boating experience preferred
