Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet each and every one of our Guests… “Hi, Welcome to Fletcher Jones. How may I assist you today?”
  • Direct or Route guests to appropriate personnel for Assistance;
  • Keep Concierge podium updated on your assign task and ETA;
  • Offer water bottles for every and each one of our Guests;
  • When asked to adjust the tire pressure on a guest vehicle, make sure to have the TPC waiver form signed at all times;
  • Be aware of Advisors and Managers on site Schedules and Teams;
  • ALWAYS DISPLAY A GOOD BODY LANGUAGE, EYE CONTACT AND SMILE;
  • If any Guest is unsatisfied or unhappy, promptly get a Manager on site to address and solve the issue;
  • Listen to our Guests, make sure we are prioritizing their requests;
  • Always follow up with Concierge podium or Advisors requests;
  • Be ready and positioned to work 5 minutes prior your shift starts;
  • Keep eye contact with every and each guest until their vehicle is delivered;
  • FOCUS ON GUEST NEEDS “…Use Body Language, Speak Positively and Display Positive Attitude.”
  • AVOID NEGATIVE COMMUNICATION SUCH AS: The words “NO”, “BUT”, “PROBLEM”, “THAT’S NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY”, “I DON’T UNDERSTAND”;
  • USE POSITIVE COMMUNICATION SUCH AS: “MY PLEASURE”, “I UNDERSTAND HOW YOU FEEL”, “MAY I”, “WOULD YOU MIND”, “I APOLOGIZE FOR”, “I CAN or WILL”;
  • CELLPHONES AND HEADPHONES are not allowed, if needed, let your manager know and step aside to make or receive a phone call;
  • NO TEXTING WHILE DRIVING at ALL TIMES;
  • KEEP A SAFE SPEED AT ALL TIMES;
  • WATCH YOUR SURRONDINGS EVERY TIME YOU ARE IN A CAR;
  • DON’T DRIVE THROUGHT THE MAIN SHOP, UNLESS REQUESTED;
  • MAKE SURE ALL VEHICLES HAVE THE APPROPRIATE PROTECTION PRIOR PARKING THE VEHICLE (Paper Floor mat and Seat Cover);
  • MAKE SURE TO MARK THE PARKING SPOT AND LOCATION ON EVERY SINGLE VEHICLE THAT YOU PARK AND PUT THE KEY AWAY INSIDE THE KEY BOX AT ALL TIMES;
  • MAKE SURE THE TAG NUMBER IS FOBBED CORRECTLY PRIOR TO ADDING THE PARKING SPACE ON THE KEY MACHINE;
  • IF CANNOT FIND A VEHICLE OR KEYS IMMEDIATELY CONTACT CONCIERGE PODIUM OR ON-SITE MANAGER FOR ASSISTANCE;
  • ALWAYS WEAR YOUR UNIFORM AND SAFETY EQUIPMENT;
  • TURN OFF RADIO EVERY TIME YOU ARE DRIVING A GUEST VEHICLE;
  • DO NOT TOUCH ANY OF OUR GUESTS BELONGS, INTEGRITY IS A MUST;
  • COMMUNICATE MANAGEMENT ABOUT ANY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY ON SITE
  • IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT, REPORT IT IMEDIATELY TO THE ON SITE MANAGER;
  • CHECK, LOG AND RESET, IF NEEDED, ALL SETTINGS ON THE GUESTS VEHICLE (SEAT MEMORY # 3, AC AND RADIO SETTINGS WRITTEN ON THE SERVICE TAG) PRIOR TO DELIVERY THE VEHICLE;
  • INFORM CONCIERGE PODIUM ABOUT VEHICLE CONDITION AT ALL TIMES (DUST, DIRTY, NEVER WASHED and ETC…) and FOLLOW UP WITH IT;
  • PROPER WORK ATTIRE, BEARD SHAVED OR TRIMMED AT ALL TIMES,
  • TATTOOS AND PIERCING MUST BE COVERED AT ALL TIMES;
  • Inform your Manager when stepping out of your positions (Bathroom Break, 15 Minutes Break, Lunch Break and etc.);
  • DAY OFF MUST BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE;
  • VACATION TIME MUST BE REQUESTED AT LEAST TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE AND APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT;
  • CLOCK IN WHEN YOU SHIFT STARTS, CLOCK OUT FOR LUNCH, CLOCK IN BACK FROM LUNCH AND CLOCK OUT WHEN YOU SHIFT ENDS IS MANDATORY;
  • MAKE SURE THAT ISN’T ANY “WARNING MESSAGES” ON VEHICLES DASHBOARD IF ANY, REPORT IT IMMEDIATELY TO CONCIERGE PODIUM OR ASSIGNED ADVISOR;
  • YOU ARE THE LAST IMPRESSION TO OUR GUEST VISIT MAKE SURE VEHICLE IS PREPED TO Fletcher Jones STANDARDS AND ALWAYS THANK THEM FOR THEIR BUSINESS WITH A SMILE ON YOUR FACE.
  • RESPOSABLE FOR ALL LOGISTICS OFF ALL CARS BEING MOVED AROUND SERVICE DRIVE, CAR WASH AND PARKING LOTS OF THE DEALERSHIP.
  • ATTENTION TO YOUR RADIO IS A MUST AND ALWAYS. THE MOMENT YOU ARRIVE TO WORK, YOUR RADIO SHOULD BE FULLY CHARGED.
  • DO NOT CHANGE RADIO STATION OR A/C CONTROL INSIDE THE CUSTOMERS CAR.
  • KEEP YOURSELF BUSY AT ALL TIMES.
