Seaside Plumbing services the Maryland/Delaware beaches and inland, and are actively recruiting a Service Manager locally, and those that are willing to relocate to the beach. Seaside Plumbing is growing by design, not by chance. We are looking for a full-time Service Manager with the ability to manage our company workflow, inspire and train technicians, and successfully lead a great group of employees.
Prior plumbing experience as a technician not required. If you have management experience from ANY field (including hotels, restaurants, banks, retail, etc.), we are interested in talking to you!

Key Tasks
- Recruit, hire, train and improve the field technicians.
- Work with the dispatch department to make sure the right technician goes to the right job.
- Bring more energy than you take because you will set the tone every day for the entire department.
- Inspire technicians to hit their goals.
- Train, develop, and hold your team accountable to exceptional performance standards.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Prior experience as a technician not required
- Must have management experience
- Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members.

- Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
- Be proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
