Job description

The Service Insights Coordinator is the liaison for the service area rollout and implementation of client intake and data collection software. The Service Insights Coordinator is responsible for project strategy, development of agency training materials, and relationship management with key stakeholders.

Project Coordination

  • Assist in the development and direct implementation plan for the network rollout of service insights software and ongoing programming
  • Create systems to document and track training progress
  • Consult on hardware purchases and other technology needs for optimal service insights set-up and usage at sites
  • Ensure that agencies understand processes and are using provided materials

Teamwork

  • Collaborate with Food Bank of Central NY staff to analyze data to inform and direct program strategy
  • Create project schedules, agendas and lead internal advisory groups related to the project
  • Recruit and oversee partner advisory group
  • Provide up-to-date, accurate information to internal and external stakeholders
  • Summarize and share feedback from partners related to software and training materials and make adjustments as needed

Training Ability

  • Create and support onboarding and training program to promote use of service insights
  • Develop and update service insights training materials in a variety of formats including: online/webinars, videos, and in person training scripts
  • Teach and train partners on the benefits that come from using a shared system
  • Schedule, track, and implement in-person and online software training and demonstrations for end users

Customer Service

  • Plan user forums or meetings, peer support and on-going communications to keep users updated about the software and best practices
  • Create feedback loops for partner advisory group and pilot group
  • Produce reports using data for a variety of stakeholders


Bachelor's degree

Knowledge/Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
  • Capable of working independently and ability to work with diverse populations
  • Demonstrated ability to use good judgement
  • Resource utilization skills including planning, scheduling, and organizing
  • Knowledge of ArcGIS a plus
