Job duties

McKenna Service Greeters are required to execute the following functions.

• Greet every incoming customer in a professional positive and welcoming manner immediately upon arriving on property
• Direct customers either to service or sales departments
• Execute our customized service customer check in procedure for all incoming service guests
• Expedite service customer pick up by communicating to the cashier when a service customer arrives to pick up their car
• Retrieve the appropriate days appointments list from the service team
• Assist in maintaining an organized and clear service drive
