Summary

Do you love working with client users, enjoy working on many different types of tasks and conscientious about ticketing and documentation too? Would you like a telecommute, remote support role with opportunity to grow? Are you self-motivated with excellent customer and communication skills, and highly organized?

Do you have experience ...

  • Responding to user requests for technical assistance via phone and email?
  • Dispatching and coordinating tickets for technical resolution?
  • Identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention?
  • Logging and tracking all help desk interactions into ticketing system?
  • Creating documentation for end-users and internal standards?
  • Creating and following standard help desk procedures?
  • Diagnosing and resolving basic workstation hardware and software issues?

Do you have ...

  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in customer facing support?
  • 1 to 3 years supporting end users on Windows operating systems?
  • Outstanding ability to work with customers, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions?
  • Experience with ticketing systems?
  • Ability to time-manage and meet deadlines?
  • High integrity and consider confidentiality important?
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills?
