Overview:
Gates Hudson is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our growing team in the Waldorf, MD market. This role is responsible for the overall satisfaction of our residential maintenace repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Delegating maintenance tasks to the rest of the team, and finding relevant vendors and service providers.
- Assigning all service request to each maintenance technician.
- Meeting with Maintenance Supervisor daily in order to ensure that all urgent and scheduled repairs are completed daily.
- Completing follow-up calls to residents once tickets are closed out to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Managing and maintaining Pest Control logs and service.
- Completing incident reports for floods, fires, damages and general incidents for record keeping.
- Developing maintenance plans and implementing them.
- Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met.
- Requesting purchase orders for outstanding contractor repairs.
- Purchasing any equipment, tools, or materials that may be required.
- Maintaing a ticket count of under fifty (50) open requests.
- Assisting with other duties which are deemed vital by the PM and APM.
- High school diploma.
- Relevant field experience in property management.
- Some repair work experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Leadership experience recommended.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Proficiency in Yardi.
