Toyota of Dartmouth is looking to fill two full-time opening in our Business Development Center for a Service Appointment Coordinator.

Service Appointment Coordinator will be responsible for receiving inbound and making outbound service related phone calls, scheduling service appointments, and working on daily follow-up tasks. As a Service Coordinator, you will work with clients to provide quality service and to ensure clients get the services they need. There is a heavy customer service basis, as the Service Coordinator is often the initial contact, so having good people skills is a must. A service coordinator needs to have good communication and problem-solving skills. Building good relationships with service guests is a must to be successful in this role.

Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as intermediate computer skills. Prior phone experience a plus but we are willing to train.
