We are seeking a Coordinator to support our office in Culver City, CA
Skills and Qualification Requirements:
- Highly organized and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Must possess adequate computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Professional and friendly phone skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in scheduling appointments
- Skilled in responding to a high-volume of calls, both inbound & outbound
- Coordinate and monitor technician’s schedules
- Customer service-oriented and thrives in a team environment
- Analytical and detailed with a sense of urgency
