We are seeking a Coordinator to support our office in Culver City, CA

Skills and Qualification Requirements:

• Highly organized and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Must possess adequate computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Professional and friendly phone skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience in scheduling appointments
• Skilled in responding to a high-volume of calls, both inbound & outbound
• Coordinate and monitor technician’s schedules
• Customer service-oriented and thrives in a team environment
• Analytical and detailed with a sense of urgency

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
