This position is responsible for providing quality customer service with a commitment to exceeding our customer's expectations and company values while maintaining proper cost controls.
Essential Duties
- Meets with new and existing customers in regard to our work execution and possible additional service opportunities, such as unit replacement or equipment additions to PM agreement.
- Performance field service audits to ensure quality delivery of the Preventative Maintenance services.
- Responsible for analyzing the profitability of accounts on a quarterly basis and inputting correction plans as necessary, when assigned by the Service Manager.
- Creates quotes and proposals for our customers based on technician-supplied information and personal field inspection when needed. Takes responsibility for follow-ups with the customer within 5 days or less of providing proposals.
- Assists in helping to resolve all issues, customer and technician related, in a timely manner.
- Work with the sales team to meet and exceed customer and technician related, in a timely manner.
- Review work orders to maintain monthly billing and goal-driven revenue.
- Check all projects for material, scheduling, and profitability.
- Develops scope of work and procedures with assistance from the -Service Manager.
Education and Experience
- A High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical school graduate or Business School, Associate's degree or equivalent is a plus
- Certifications may be required in some areas.
Skills/Qualifications/ Performance
- Minimum 8-year o of customer service experience.
- Must be proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Proficient with Sage Service Management and IFC Mobile Tech Tool.
- Superior verbal and written skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
- Able to demonstrate effective negotiation techniques.
- Strong analysis and judgment skills. Proficient with analytical processes and planning.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Current Florida operator's license and the ability to operate all vehicles in the company fleet within 30 days of initial employment. The employee must be insurable at all times by the current CES insurance carrier.
- Cost control and customer retention: within standards set by Management, maintain customer retention greater than 95%. Maintains cost control on the Service Agreement base above annual goal margin as set by Management.
- Communication and contact: the employee communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with the supervisor, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company.
- Relationships with others: the employee works effectively and relates well with others. The employee exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others and develops constructive working relationships.
- Attendance and dependability: the employee can be depended on to report to work at the scheduled time and is seldom absent from work. The employee can be depended upon to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner and is conscientious, about assignments.
- Ability to work under pressures of time, a non-standard schedule, including other conditions not listed to meet the customer needs.
Licenses/Certifications
- Valid Florida Driver's License is required
- Incumbent must be insurable at all times by CES insurance carrier
